RULES FOR PAVILION USE
Smoking is PROHIBITED in the pavilion and on the property
NO Pets / Animals allowed
Our Banquet tables and chairs are for INSIDE use only
(You may bring folding chairs for outside use and your own table / coolers for beverages on the patio)
Use of Thumb Tacks, Push Pins, and Nails are NOT allowed
(Use Tape, String, and the Hooks provided around the pavilion for decorating)
Use Hot Pads under Hot chafing Dishes, Crock Pots, Dishes, and Pans.
Also please do not use tape on the plastic banquet table cover.
You can unload your vehicle on the patio side of the Pavilion towards the pond
(There are NO vehicles allowed in the front, back, or other side of the pavilion)
You must not trespass onto neighbors property
(Flower pots and woods mark the boundaries)
Swimming / Wading / Fishing are not allowed in the Ponds
No throwing rocks, stones or anything else into the ponds
Please do NOT feed the ducks, geese, or other wildlife.
No burning trash / garbage in the fire pit
All trash, garbage and recyclables must be taken with you.
(Three Garbage Cans are provided for your use and there is a small trash can in the ladies restroom)
The facilities Sports Equipment must be left in the same condition as you found them and put back in the Sports Bin
The Pavilion Facilites must be left in "CLEAN" condition, JUST LIKE WHEN YOU ARRIVED.
Wipe up food spills / cake off tables, chairs and floor.
Sweep the floor. We have a broom for sweeping.
Check the Restrooms and Grounds for plates, cups, decorations, garbage, etc.
There is no running water - bring necessary clean up supplies.
A $45 minimum cleaning fee will be charged if we have to clean, sweep, or pick up any garbage.
Your Event must be cleaned up and you and your guests must be off the property by dark
Take your things with you. NOTHING can be left on property for pick up the next day.
